Yellowstone Episode VI ... Return of the Grand Tetons

So after a great morning of being extremely hungover, with unfortunately no photographic evidence of anything, we decided to head out to the Grand Tetons... ==>

 <== They are amazing mountains, almost as perfect as you could imagine...
When Thomas gets back, make sure to ask him how they compare to the Alps... ==>

Makes me feel like skipping!

 I think Heidi would be jealous of us at this moment... ==>

<== Went to Jackson Hole, Wy for lunch afterwards. A super touristy town/ski resort/gateway to Yellowstone, it was a mildly interesting place.

Lunch at the Silver Dollar Bar at the historic Wort Hotel... Thomas and Joe got the corn chowder, which was spectacularly delicious as it was an emulsion of heavy cream and butter with some corn and bacon in it. We also got elk gyros/sliders... elk apparently tastes like beef in the same way everything else tastes like chicken... ==>

<== Back at Yellowstone, taking apart our tents. Gettin' ready to head to Glacier!

Burning the last of everything... I am a little bit of a pyro... ==>

<== A buffalo saying goodbye... look how sad he is that we're leaving...

The sun sets on our Yellowstone trip... ==>

<== On the road again...

Annnnd.... dinner in Livingston, Montana.... we're really roughing it now... at the Montana Rib and Chop House... 16oz Buffalo Ribeye? MMmmm... Went to bed after... Glacier's coming soon! ==>
